Martin qualified in 1982 from the University of the Witwatersrand.
In the 1980’s and 1990’s he owned and practiced at a multi-surgery practice in Hertfordshire before opening Rosslyn Hill Dental Clinic in 1999 with Dr Stan Criticos.
Martin has been on the committee of the London Dental Study Club since 2008.
He also has BDA membership and routinely utilises its further education resources.
He has a keen interest in digital dentistry and it’s clinical applications.
Stan studied dentistry at the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) and qualified in June 1980. After qualifying, Stan worked in township hospitals in South Africa whilst doing military services.
He then went onto working in private practices before relocating to London in 1985. From 1987, Stan spent 12 years running Camden dental surgery.
After selling his dental practice in Camden in 1999, Stan in partnership with Dr Katz opened Rosslyn Hill Dental Clinic. With over 40 years of experience, Stan covers and enjoys all aspects of modern dentistry. Hobbies – Stan is a keen tennis player. He also into Rugby and surfed most of his youth back in South Africa.
Ralph studied dentistry at the University of the Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa.
After graduating in 1982 he came directly to London where he worked in the Hertfordshire area. After spending a year working in Sydney, Australia he returned to London becoming a partner in multiple dental practices in South West London and Essex.
He joined Rosslyn Hill Dental Clinic in 2002. He maintains a keen interest in all aspects of general dentistry keeping up to date with all modern techniques by attending various courses.
He is a member of the London Dental Study Club and has had the honour of serving as the continuing professional development secretary for the past 15 years .
In his spare time Ralph enjoys cycling and most sports . He can often be found walking or jogging on Hampstead Heath.
Dr. Huw Attwood graduated from the University of Sheffield Dental School in 2017 and has since completed different roles, including Specialty Doctor in Prosthodontics at Eastman Dental Hospital, UCL, and Clinical Fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Queen’s Hospital in Romford.
Dr. Attwood’s professional experiences have exposed him to a wide range of complex dental cases. He takes great pride in providing exceptional care to his patients, helping them achieve their dream smiles through different services – including Whitening, Cosmetic Bonding and Invisalign Treatment – while ensuring they all have a relaxed and pain-free experience regardless of their dental needs.
Beyond his professional life, Huw is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying activities such as football, tennis, golf and skiing.
When he’s not playing or watching sports, he loves trying all the different cuisines London has to offer
Dr Sina Ghezel is one of the UK’s most prominent Cosmetic Dentists. Sina qualified with a degree in Dentistry from the Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011.
Since completing his degree, he has taken a special interest in the fields of aesthetic and implant dentistry with further postgraduate training.
Sina is a true artist. His bespoke, hand crafted smile makeover has attracted patients from across the world. Sina is behind the smiles of countless premiership footballers, musicians and YouTubers.
In 2013 Sina completed the one-year Cosmetic Dentistry Certificate Course at Advanced Dental Seminars in London. He continues to attend numerous courses nationally and internationally relating to cosmetic and restorative dentistry. With advancements in technology in the dental field, he completed a comprehensive course in Digital Smile Design (DSD) in 2015.
Alongside this, Sina has completed a diploma in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol. This degree has given him the skills to plan aesthetic cases using dental implants to fill the spaces where natural teeth are missing.
In 2015 Sina qualified as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and was awarded membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery.
Sina is passionate about education and was previously employed by the London Dental Deanery. He is involved with mentoring recent dental graduates as they enter their early years of work.
Viraj graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011. Viraj is passionate about caring for his patients and advancing his understanding and knowledge in restorative, cosmetic and general dentistry.
After graduation, Viraj completed his Foundation training and gained a post graduate certificate in Primary Dental Care from the University of Kent in 2012 alongside passing membership examinations for the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
Viraj has trained under some of the most prominent professors in dentistry and throughout his career he has sought to further his skills and develop his practice to the highest possible standards.
Viraj completed his Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the University of Newcastle in 2017 under the guidance and training of Mr Francis Nohl, an expert in the implant world and is currently undertaking further courses in order to treat more complex implant cases.
I am extremely passionate about listening to what you want to achieve, whether that be simply maintaining dental health or having a smile makeover. My primary objective is to ensure patient satisfaction which means working closely alongside each patient to meet their desired goals.
Viraj has also attained a post graduate certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry and has a certificate in Mastering Composite Artistry whilst under the tutelage of the world renowned Mr Newton Fahl.
Viraj is an accredited Invisalign, Smilelign and Facial Aesthetics provider
Dr Atrina Ghezel completed her Masters in Endodontics (Root Canals) at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Hospital in 2018. During her time at the hospital, the professor in charge of running the course was very impressed with her clinical skill and patient management. As a result, he asked her to stay on and teach the course.
Atrina has completed thousands of root canals with a high degree of accuracy. She is able to take on the most complex and challenging cases, and routinely accepts referrals from colleagues and students.
Atrina joins use here at Rosslyn Dental on Fridays and some Wednesdays.
Graduating from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece laid the foundation for her career. Dedicated to post-graduate training she completed an advanced course in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry in King’s College (London), before pursuing a career in orthodontics. In 2018, she completed a 3 year Masters in Orthodontics with Distinction at the University of Warwick, where she was awarded a Faculty Prize for outstanding achievements and she later was appointed an honorary fellowship.
In the following years, she has undertaken extensive training in a variety of orthodontic techniques and systems, from passive self-ligating appliances, clear aligners, temporary anchorage devices and lingual braces. In 2019, Melina won the prestigious Aesthetic Dentistry Award in the category of Orthodontics with Invisalign, and she has since been shortlisted for multiple case-based and other awards, including Best Young Dentist. Outside of dentistry, Melina has enjoyed being involved as a mentor with the Sprint Development Programme, a women’s development course for undergraduates, postgraduates and researchers. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and the European Aligner Society and a guest speaker at the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s Young Dentist Day for 2024.
Ausra graduated in 2001 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and has been working at Rosslyn Dental since 2007.
In 2013 she completed a two year post graduate programme in enhanced clinical periodontology, at Kings College Dental Hospital, London.
Ausra is extremely passionate about her job and stays active within the industry. She is a member of the British Society of Periodontology
Ausra’s calm, empathetic and friendly nature will be sure to put you at ease.
Outside of work, Ausra enjoys; travelling, nutrition and socialising with friends around Hampstead Heath.

Sophie graduated from Barts and The London Dental Institute in 2006 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
Sophie is exceptional at her job, combining technical skill with genuine empathy
She is a member of The British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists (BSDHT).
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
